You’ll learn techniques and drills to safely deepen your backbends while maintaining spinal health. This session will also cover the last two books of Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras, offering deeper insights into the philosophical aspects of yoga. *You do not need to attend Part 1: Sutras + Shoulders of this workshop series to attend this workshop!
