Suitable most levels, Yin Yoga is a perfect complement to the dynamic flow of Ashtanga, by focusing on the passive tissues of the body.
Yin practice can be quite challenging due to the long duration of the poses (3-5min), which are floor based postures, sometimes using props. Please arrive on time, if you arrive late you may not be permitted into the class as it disrupts other students and may be unsafe.
