As the sky softens into darkness and the Moon disappears from view, we are called inward.Into the quiet, into the heart, into our bodies.
Luna Love is a candlelit New moon invitation of gentle movement, aromatherapy, and deep rest — a slow unraveling for the body and soul. Through fluid, intuitive shapes, we’ll awaken the subtle currents of energy that guide renewal from within.
The evening will close with a nourishing Yoga Nidra, a meditative journey that guides you into the fertile dark of the New moon, a place for rest, rejuvenation, and root new intentions before winter’s quiet descent. Optional hands-on assists offer supportive, mindful touch for those who wish to receive, deepening your connection to rest and release.
This new moon is a moment to pause, to shed, and to soften into becoming. Come as you are - tired, tender, whole, and let the darkness remind you that rest is always rewarded.

Sativa’s name, inspired by the Hindu deities Sati and Shiva, reflects her lifelong connection to balance and transformation—two principles at the heart of her yoga offerings. The union of Sati’s grounded devotion and Shiva’s dynamic energy mirrors the yin and yang philosophy that informs her practice and teaching.
Born into yoga through her mother’s influence and shaped by her own experience as a competitive dancer, Sativa brings both discipline and softness to her classes. Her teaching blends dynamic yang movement, restorative yin, yoga nidra, and Traditional Chinese Medicine wisdom—including seasonal elements and meridian theory—infused with astrological rhythms.
Sativa weaves her spirituality into every class she leads. Her offerings are more than movement—they are a reflection of her own inner path, guided by lunar cycles, energetic shifts, and the unseen threads that connect us. Each class is crafted with intention, making space for ritual, rest, and the quiet voice within.
For Luna Love: A New Moon Invitation, Sativa offers a space to slow down and reconnect with your inner rhythm — to rest, release, and plant new seeds of intention in the quiet dark. Her approach is intuitive and nurturing, blending aromatherapy, candlelight, and optional assists to help students feel held, grounded, and deeply restored.
Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, Sativa holds space with care and compassion, encouraging each student to explore the balance between effort and ease, and to honour whatever is arising—especially during times of cosmic shifts, which are her favourite times to practice.
