The Poetic Circle is a guided creative workshop facilitated by Angélique Germain, inviting participants to explore their artistic instincts freely. The evening begins with a guided meditation, helping you quiet the mind and awaken your creative flow. From there, you are encouraged to engage in writing, drawing, playing music, meditating, contemplating, or any other form of intuitive expression that resonates with you.

To bring the session to a harmonious close, Nancy Prévost will guide us through gentle dance, yoga, and qigong movements, easing and uplifting both mind and body as we transition out of the space with renewed energy and inspiration.
