Building on the foundations of weight sharing, spirals, gravity, proprioception, and somatic awareness, we’ll explore how lifts emerge organically through movement experienced not as static endpoints, but as living, evolving processes within a continuous dance.
This workshop is an invitation to trust momentum, open into your backspace, and move with greater responsiveness, curiosity, and freedom. This practice supports not only physical skill and confidence, but also how we listen, adapt, and collaborate on and off the dance floor.
