The Eight Brocades (Ba Duan Jin) is a classical sequence of eight flowing movements that blend gentle stretching, coordinated breathing, and mindful awareness. Cherished in China for centuries, this practice is known to improve circulation, release tension, restore inner balance, and support both body and mind.
In this workshop, you’ll learn the standard modern version of Ba Duan Jin, explore traditional Taoist variations, and experience how different approaches create unique physical and energetic effects. You’ll also discover how Qigong can complement yoga and other mindful practices.
