Yoga Practices – 90-minute asana (Led by Kimber) + 45-minute Yoga Nidra (Led by Dalia) to awaken strength and cultivate deep rest.
Ayurvedic Workshop – With Dalia Yanai, exploring the five elements, doshas, and daily practices for balance.
Spa Treatments – Choose from Abhyanga Massage, Ayurvedic Head Massage + Steam, or a Detoxifying Ritual (inclusive of gratuity).
Catered Lunch & Snacks – Nourishing plant-based meals and warm beverages.
Closing Circle – Integrating the day with rest, reflection, and connection.
