On this Moon Day we soften our outer vision and turn our ears towards intentional sound making.  Sound journeys are deep listening experiences that ask participants to find a restful shape and practice listening through our bodies with attention and curiosity.  Using various instrumentation and voice, Charlie’s sound journeys are intended to be places of ritualized rest, recalibration, and activated imagination. No prior experience with yoga or meditation required.  Please wear comfortable clothing and bring any desired props with you.
