Yogassage Moon Day
A blissful 90 min Yogassage (Restorative Yoga & Massage fusion) class with RMTs Destinee and Robyn.
While resting in these longer held poses, RMTs offer hands on massage and adjustments tailored to each pose. Restorative Yin Yoga is a cooling and passive practice with absolutely no rush to be anywhere but in your body. Your body is supported by props in the poses with no muscular engagement and the poses are held for up to 5 minutes.
A beautiful opportunity to decompress and come home to your body and mind. We invite you to discover a restoration of your nervous system through physical touch + slowing down to remedy the constant stimulation of the busy external world.
