A morning dedicated to deep relaxation and inner connection. This session will offer a blend of soundbath, yin yoga, somatic meditation, and breathwork to help you slow down, reset, and restore balance.
Soundbath – Immerse yourself in healing vibrations that promote deep relaxation and energetic alignment.
Yin Yoga – Gently open the body through long-held postures, releasing tension and enhancing flexibility.
Somatic Meditation – Cultivate mindfulness and self-awareness through guided practices that reconnect you with your body.
Breathwork – Harness the power of breath to calm the nervous system and center the mind.
