Moon Day Yin & Nidra

Yin & Nidra combines the deep, meditative stillness of Yin Yoga with the restorative practice of Yoga Nidra. The session will begin with gentle Yin postures held for several minutes to release tension, open connective tissues, and invite quiet awareness. The practice then transitions into Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation done in restful stillness, designed to promote profound relaxation, mental clarity, and nervous system reset. Together, Yin and Nidra create a grounding, soothing experience that nourishes both body and mind.

Michele has been teaching yoga for over 10 years across a variety of styles, always returning to her deep love of Yin. Known for her calm and compassionate approach, she creates a welcoming space where students feel supported in their practice. With training in trauma-informed teaching, Michele gently guides students to move at their own pace and find practices that feel safe, grounding, and nourishing.
