Spinal Flexions + Twists

This is Series 2 of the Tattvas Yoga Studies program with Tiaga Prem. We will be reviewing the Morning Practices: Sukhshma Vyayama (Maintenance Series) plus a new Series of Warm Ups. Following the warm ups, students will move through the Tattvas Series 2 .
