In this workshop we will explore the 3rd Series of the Tattvas Yoga Studies Program with Tiaga Prem. This workshop will focus on Side Bending (essential for both Extensions and Flexions of the Spine), Hip Work (learning to maintain healthy, strong, mobile hips), and Folds. These sessions will be an excellent supplement to your Ashtanga Yoga Practice. They can also be practiced on their own. Attending these workshops will provide you with the information necessary to apply these techniques in the Mysore Room with Tiaga Prem.
