This experiential workshop introduces the foundations of Thai Massage a dynamic form of partnered bodywork rooted in Eastern medicine, mindful movement, and energetic awareness.
Working in pairs, participants will learn rhythmic acupressure along the body’s energy lines (sen), assisted yoga-like stretches to open the hips, shoulders, and spine, and gentle rocking techniques to release tension and restore balance. Emphasis is placed on safe, sustainable body mechanics, allowing both giving and receiving to feel supportive and easeful.
Accessible to beginners and enriching for experienced practitioners, this workshop requires no prior massage experience only curiosity, openness, and a willingness to learn through shared touch.
