This 75-minute class begins with Slow Flow gentle, accessible movements designed to warm the body, cultivate awareness, and encourage easeful breath. From there, the practice transitions into Yin Yoga, with longer-held postures that invite deep release, spaciousness, and quiet listening.
Simple journaling prompts and warm tea will be offered to support reflection and integration, creating a relaxed and welcoming Sunday evening experience.
Led by Nancy Prévost-Maurice a valued member of Ashtanga Yoga Victoria community. This class is donation-based and held as a fundraiser for BC Cancer, a cause close to Nancy’s heart. All proceeds will be donated in support of cancer care, research, and community programs.
